Combined Sewer Overflow Management

SEA has a broad range of experience in the management of Combined Sewer Overflows (CSO's). SEA has experience with all aspects of USEPA's current policies concerning CSO's.

SEA can develop the entire CSO management plan. Typically, a CSO management plan consists of the following phases:

Phase 1 - System Inventory

Phase 2 - System Flow Characterization

Phase 3 - Nine Minimum Controls

Phase 4 - Long Term Control Plan

In addition, SEA can assist in the implementation of both the Nine Minimum Control Plan and the Long Term Control Plan.
